华夏五千年，小康人心甜。
桐阴满庭芳（注3），一池春光灿。

注1：秾：茂盛。
注2：桂影清辉伴：古传说月中有桂树高五百丈，但月色清辉不减。
注3：桐阴满庭芳：前人种梧桐树已长大成荫，今日已是满庭芬芳。喻先烈
奋斗不易，打下江山今日建设已卓有成效。

东山（1965 届） 译

The chaotic world runs wild like riotous clouds and winds howling by;
While red flags are flying all over green mountains on this side.
Look close at the luxuriant growth of crops and flowers,
The moon is shining brighter with the osmanthus tree growing higher.

With five thousand years of civilization in China
The people now enjoy a moderate prosperity sweet at heart.
The phoenix trees are blossoming in the courtyard,
The pond is gleaming under the splendor of the spring sun.
